The logo of Saudi fried chicken is number one in Indonesia. And it is located in the center of the small town of Sukabumi. This fried chicken restaurant has branches in several Cities, including Sukabumi.
I went there for dinner, upon arriving at the restaurant. I looked at the menu on the ordering counter, there were options like middle eastern- style fried chicken and middle eastern Nasi kebuli. I ordered one serving of fried chicken and a lemon tea.
While waiting for ordered, I asked the server who owned the restaurant? And they replied that owner is Indonesian. The spices are authentic sourced from Saudi or the middle east. Before long, the order was ready and the customer was called to collect it.
There was someone Eating, it was visible from his face and he was on the phone using Arabic. I sst in the chair next to them. Before eating, I took a few photos including the payment receipt. I noticed that the fried chicken skin looked much like any other fried chicken.
But the meat had a slightly reddish hue the result of spices that had penetrated deep inside. Almaz Saudi style fried chicken features authentic middle eastern spices. Characterized by bold, warming flavors.
Payment is Made at the time of ordering, the price is 37.000,- IDR or ($2,17) quite cheap.
