I love to eat Indian food. It has been a couple of months since the last time I had a plate of Indian food. I have been craving the Dhosai for a while. Not a lot of Indian restaurants here in Miri, Sarawak has Dhosai at times. So luckily, this restaurant had some Dhosai. Here I come. I have to have some Dhosai.

Dhosai

Made from fermented rice. It has a slightly sour taste. Not everyone would love this. I bought it for my mom-in-law a while ago thinking that she would love it. She did not like the taste at all. Then, there is the curry gravy. Three different curries.

This is what the restaurant looks like

It was late in the afternoon. I guess lots of people were already preparing to head home on their way back. So there wasn't a lot of people eating here at this point of time.

The Menu

So much to choose from. So, What was I here for? I definitely, wanted to have the Dhosai. If that wasn't available, then the next choice would be the egg cheese roti.

A cup of pulled tea

The bubbles on top are the result of pulling the tea from one cup to another.

The Dhosai

bigger than the plate itself. Yummy. In some places, the Dhosai is super crispy. This was still good but if it was crispier, I would definitely have given it a better result.

What did my wife get for herself? A very special dish.

eggs, roti, meat. I forgot what this dish was called. I did not eat any of it even though I felt like trying it. It had some beef in it. I usually don't take any beef.

This was a great meal. I would definitely love to eat here again. I love to eat Indian food. There is something about the gravy that makes it taste super duper great. Have a great day.
