Happy Tuesday, friends! Last time on twitch, I finished spinning our fractal yarn. I showed it off already on Sunday. We did a few swatch samples from our spin-a-long. But I'm really excited about tonight's stream!
Thanks to the kindness of some viewers, I've been able to purchase a stand-alone burner. This should let me be able to dye, process silk, and maybe do some fiber scouring on stream (though I may need to purchase some bins or other tools).
Tonight, I'd like to get us started with talking about silk. I didn't soak anything overnight and silk likes to be soaked thoroughly before it is dyed or processed, but we can still discuss the beginning of the process and perhaps find something to heat up on our new burner!
Join me live at 8pm CST for another fun and informative live stream!
