Assalamu Alaikum. With the greetings of novelty, I am back with you again with a blog about travel and training. I hope you all will enjoy it and I will share some educational videos with you. I started my new experience on a special day on July 2nd. We left Dhaka Gulshan for Gazipur Kashempur with 22 members for a training seminar. We were divided into two teams. The distance from Dhaka to Kashempur was about forty kilometers and it took about two hours to go. In some cases, if there is less traffic on the road, the time can be reduced by 10 to 20 minutes. We got the convenience of traveling in the company's transport. And with great joy, everyone reached Dbl, a famous group company of Bangladesh, talking and having fun for 2 hours.
The company arranges breakfast. Then we go to the canteen for breakfast and finish our breakfast. After finishing our breakfast, we go to the conference room and the HR department gives us an introduction about the company. This company basically has textile knitting time finishing and finishing, printing embroidery and garment units. All these other expert quality and export to outside.
After getting to know about the company, we were taken to the floor for practical training. To make a garment, first we need raw material. After importing the raw material, it is first kept in the store. From then on, the work starts step by step. The first step is the process of making yarn. To make yarn, first carding, drawing, simplex, ring frame and winding are done from the blow room machine. After all these processes, the quality of the product is selected, that is, the quality is checked and then cartooned. Here, depending on the yarn count, it is thick or thin. The order is confirmed according to the buyer's requirement. This was the first step of making yarn.
After making yarn, these yarns are taken to the knitting section to make cloth. Cloth is made from yarn through knitting machine. In knitting machine, cloth is wrapped in rolls from yarn through knitting process through needle, looper, and sinker. Then the quality of the cloth is checked whether there are any problems like needle mark, GSM problem and whether the fabric is fine or not. All these tests are done.
Later, after the fabric is made, it is brought to the batching section and the fabrics are divided according to the machine, how many kg of fabric will be dyed in which machine. Different types of dyes are applied to the fabric. The fabric is sent to the dyeing section for dyeing. The main function of the dyeing machine is to dye the fabric. The fabric is usually dyed in different ratios of 1:6 and 1:7, 1:8 and 1:10. This mainly depends on the fabrication and color. The pH of dyeing is very important. If the pH is not right, there may be shade variations in the fabric. In that case, it becomes more costly to fix it later. The first step of dyeing is scouring, that is, making the fabric white. Then the enzyme is applied and the pH is checked. After finishing the enzyme, leveling is added and the pH is checked again and if it is correct, then the color is added. Salt and soda are added directly to the color so that the color is permanent on the fabric. Then, the fabric is cleaned using soaping to remove loose or excess color from the fabric and later the fabric is softened using softener and if it is an all-over fabric, softener is not used on that fabric.
After dyeing, the fabric is taken to the finishing section for finishing. Finishing is mainly done to keep the dia, GSM, and shinkage correct and the fabric is dried. Here, various quality checks are done to check whether the quality of the finish shade is correct and the color is checked. There are many more detailed tasks in the finishing section, which will take a lot of time to discuss, I will discuss with you later on another time.
