Fernando looks at each of the writings that he has previously placed on the wall, this helps him organize by prioritizing each of the projects that he has to do for his work.
He's a man who sets goals, who has dreams, and who knows that these don't come true on their own ...you have to work, persevere, and be disciplined to achieve them.
Fernando dreams of owning his own clothing business, something he's been working on for several years, and he knows he'll have to keep doing it. However, his motivation is to be independent, and he's working hard to achieve it.
He is aware that his goal is ...A wide ranging ambition.. but he is willing to make sacrifices to achieve it, and when he achieves it, he will set another goal. He is a visionary man, so now that he is young, he works constantly to achieve a better future.
