Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my plank workout today. Today, Friday, the last training session of the week, we close with a gentle plank routine, some attempts with a rubber band and lower progressions. Despite being tired, I have felt stronger and more comfortable on the plank, I feel that the training is paying off. On Monday I will do a test of all the skills and I will also do some combos that I will be uploading here.
