Hello family and friends of #HIVE #LIKETU and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my first front lever training focused on front touch. I currently have a basic-intermediate level of front lever, having in my arsenal movements such as front pull-ups, presses and holds. Now I want to go a little further and get into the touch front lever, I will increase my evolution in this movement. Today's routine consisted of tuck adv, pull-ups in the same progression and touch holds but in tuck adv.
