Hello family and friends from #HIVE and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of my hephaestus training. Since my beginnings I have been good at this trick but many of its variants are very difficult for me, such as the entry of angel and the open hephaestus, on the other hand, the back lever and the hanging ones are very easy for me, but still I train them a lot. In this workout also do some V-sit attempts. Tomorrow I'm going to go free so I'll start fighting with her.
