front lever training [ESP-ENG]
Greetings friends of #SWC and #HIVE, today I want to share with you the 3 most recommended progressions from my experience for the front lever. As a recommendation before starting to train front lever, I make it a requirement to have a lot of strength in basic pulling exercises such as pull-ups and their variants as well as muscle ups. This will avoid the risk of injury and will help you start with some strength. As the first progression we have the tuck adv, I consider this progression to be the first one that we should start looking for in our front lever path since it will allow us to really work the front lever. As a second progression we have the half front lever, an intermediate level progression that is quite similar to the final posture of the front lever, this progression allows us to work and gain a greater volume of lever exercises with a progression similar to the front. And finally we have the front lever attempts, it is normal that the first attempts we make do not last as long, but in the same way we must continue trying so that our body is forced to adapt to it.
