Greetings friends of #Hive and #SWC. I hope they are fine. Today I want to share with you some photographs of a little practice I had today. I was supposed to have had front lever today but there were heavy rains which prevented me from going out to the bar to train, so I had to deal with it inside the house. As for the first training session, we are not going very well because I had a routine to follow and well, due to external problems I was not able to complete the first training session, but in order not to let the morning pass without doing anything, I made some attempts at Victorian progressions on the ground and some that another ironing board. I hope to be able to complete the second workout in the gym correctly.
