Hoy fue un día tranquilo, no tuve la necesidad de salir, me quedé haciendo unas tareas en mi casa y solo descansando, y en la tarde decidí ir al parque con mi novia a pasear a mi perro y practicar un poco calistenia. Nos divertimos viendo a mi perro correr y jugar con otros perros. También practique algunos movimientos estáticos. Me sentí muy bien al hacer actividad física al aire libre y compartir un momento agradable con mi novia, pasar el día descansando me gusta, pero me agobia pasar el día sin salir. En el habían unos amigos, conversamos, nos reímos y nos fuimos. Fue una forma perfecta de relajarnos y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Estoy agradecido por este día.
Today was a quiet day, I didn't need to go out, I stayed home doing some chores and just resting, and in the afternoon I decided to go to the park with my girlfriend to walk my dog and practice some calisthenics. We had fun watching my dog run and play with other dogs. I also practiced some static movements. It felt great to do physical activity outdoors and share a nice moment with my girlfriend, spending the day resting I like, but I get overwhelmed spending the day without going out. In the there were some friends, we chatted, laughed and left. It was a perfect way to relax and enjoy nature. I am grateful for this day.
