This is a soup with mushroom, meat or fish broth with spicy spices.
Its base is sour-salty-spicy due to the addition of ingredients such as pickles, olives, capers, lemon, kvass, salted or pickled mushrooms
And I really like this soup!
When I am on vacation in the city of Rostov-on-Don, they always cook it for me :-)))))
