Why not distribute some POB token to people who show an obvious proof of brain?
I've already sent over 140 POB to 2 different accounts as a 'thank you' for previous actions.
Then I thought, why not send even more?
So I did!
I've just sent 800 POB tokens to 
@frot, for all the support and delegation that he's given me over the months and years, and has never wavered in the face of idiots on Hive who are trying to overcome their feelings of impotency, low IQ, and self loathing, by down voting my posts.
(all for no other reason than not being able to handle their own psychological pain that my posts stir up in them...bless)
Why not spread the voting power to other people with an obvious proofobrain?
It's one sure way to mitigate midwittery proliferation - and expose them.
