Christmas is already here with us, just few hours to go and can't say if I'm happy or sad. We'll I think it's a double feeling - happy that I am alive and privileged to witness another Christmas, and at the same time, sad because I won't be moving out much or even visit some places I had wanted to because of my ill health.

I've been running temperature for three days now and it doesn't seem to calm even with the medication. The weather isn't helping out either, it's been so hot here since this week that even with the fan on, at least for the time the electricity company decides to restore power, nothing still changes. It's just too sad that I've missed last Christmas shopping where I had planned on picking some nice stuffs I saw been displayed on discount.

I usually do not admit that I am sick, once the symptoms show I would wave it off and attribute it to stress but it took the incident that happened on Thursday at the bank for me to. It happened that I had gone to do some transactions and as I was in the queue waiting for it to get to my turn I started feeling unusually hot. I tried ignoring it but it was much so I picked a paper and started fanning myself.

The supervisor seeing my action called the attention of the security to check if the air conditioners were on. Alas they were off so he had to switch them on and that helped a bit. Even after I was attended to I had to sit down for a few minutes because I felt a bit dizzy. I had to call my doctor and he told me to come see him.
Luckily the hospital wasn't too far from the bank so I went and after running some checks on me, prescribed some drugs and I left. As I take them, I hope to get better soonest.

Being home all Sunday, I thought of taking a walk around my neighborhood, to at least enjoy the natural air and see if I can find something of interest.

I did find this beautiful flower, radiating of life.

The last sun set before Christmas

And finally, a beautiful smile for being #aliveandthriving despite the illheath. 鈽猴笍

I've spent hours writing this, almost abandoned it but somehow, I managed to get it done. Let it be my last post before Christmas.

Once again, here's wishing you all a very merry Christmas. Show love and care.
