Yesterday I posted some updates about my garden, talking about how the garden is progressing and that we actually started harvesting the veggies. You can read about it at Let the Harvest Begin.
Today I decided it was time for the beets.... So I pulled up the huge greens....
So sad...
I had these growing in a huge canvas pot, the greens were looking amazing, the beets, not so much. I guess not every attempt results in success. I really like beets so I was hoping for better.
I have more beets directly in the ground, maybe those will do better.
I'll keep you posted!
