This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

El Arte de No Hacer : ¿Por qué nos aterra la calma? N° 278 [Eng/Spa]
Greetings to the wonderfulcommunity, who today invite us to participate in their Hive Ladies Community Contest #278! We're invited to answer a question about what "simple joys" the world needs, and the first thing we tend to think of are fleeting moments of pleasure. But, after much observation and reflection on this question, and seeing the frenetic pace at which we live, I've come to a different conclusion. The world doesn't need more adrenaline; it needs something much rarer: Balance.

To finish the day and work on fluidity, I performed some combos combining spins with simple transition moves, focusing on not losing inertia between each skill. I did sequences of 180s followed by mills and controlled dismounts. Although it wasn't a high-difficulty session in terms of power, it was fundamental to readjust my sensations with the new bar and prepare the body for greater demands in the coming days. I feel very motivated to be back on the pipes.

The name is simple really it just means the flowers grow right on top of its leaf like stems. You don’t have to remember all the hard stuff about where the name comes from it’s just nice to know why it’s called that! Unlike other cacti you see with super sharp spikes that can hurt you this one has smooth and soft stems. It’s really gentle!
This is my daily landscape. The same as always, but never the same. Even if I go in a hurry and my heart is full of things, he always receives me the same. It's as if life lowered the volume a little. Here I find calm, emotion or simply presence.

Greetings friends of the SWC i hope you are feeling well! In today's post, I trained at a friend's house, since he invited me over. I decided to change my routine: now I'll do weights and calisthenics on Mondays and Wednesdays (and maybe Fridays); that way I can come to my friend's house to take advantage of the weights. My day was somewhat happy, since I got paid what I was owed from work and bought some things to reach a goal I have; when I have everything, I'll let you know. I also uploaded a new video to my channel, look it up, it's called JoseJGR. I also edited my channel to make it more presentable; then I came here to train.

Today, I'm going to talk about a calisthenics workout I did at home on February 20th of this year. In this session, I focused mainly on strengthening the static planche. I worked intensely on leverage and the execution of the full planche, paying special attention to the different grips I use to gain strength. In this post, I'll tell you how I structured the routine and what technical aspects I was evaluating. You'll find all this and more in this post. Without further ado, let's begin.
I’m living the village life now, where everything is quiet- even the neighbors. You can hardly hear them talking. It has been a while since I experienced life in the province. Here, people are already awake at 4 a.m., feeding pigs and cleaning the cages. You can hear their loud voices and laughter, and somehow it brightens your day. It seems like they finish their chores early and move on with their daily routine.
You've spent your whole life trying to be the nice person, the person who never takes offense, never disagrees and never says no.You have worn the mask of politeness so well that you start to believe as if that is your real face. But behind that perpetual smile is a quiet weariness,a slow erosion of the real you.
Photofeed Contest- Streets Photography/Afternoon of happy leisure.
Hello friends, recently, at my daughters' insistence, I discovered a place I'd never been before to enjoy air cleaner than what we usually breathe in the city: Revolution Square in my city of Las Tunas. There, all kinds of sports are played; young people gather and practice various games, from soccer and baseball to endurance and speed exercises; pets are walked—in short, it's a place full of attractions. My daughters had a wonderful time and asked me to take pictures, and I want to share some of them here in this lovely Hive community onso you can see a little of these moments.
A few days ago, I received my first payment on Hive. What did I do? I withdrew it all. I needed to prove that the system worked, that it was real. It was my “Leap of Faith.” But today, I received my second significant payment (about 4 liquid HIVE plus HP), and this time, my mindset was different.
