I want to tell you about my experiences in the Santo Tomás Caves. This cave system is located in the mogotes located in the Santo Tomas Valley, about 20 kilometers outside of Viñales, Pinar del Rio. The National School of Speleology is also located there.

The left one in this photo, with the black bug, is Queen Anne's lace, which is called Nora Ninjin in Japanese. As you may know, this flower is named after the Queen because it looks like it has a crown on its head. Ninjin means carrots in Japanese.

I love meringues, they are very addictive, I eat one and I want to eat them all, there is an optimal meringue texture which is crunchy and it has been difficult for me to make them, when it was not because they were sticky, that is to say, chewy, another was because they were all cracked, they were soft inside without being chewy
