That sunny Saturday morning I got up early, took a shower, a light breakfast, comfortable clothes and my hiking boots and headed to my beautiful mountain in El Avila National Park, here in Venezuela, this huge mountain that borders almost the entire capital, has several trails to walk, even a cable car, however, I prefer to visit it on foot. There is a very busy and popular trail, the preferred by most to recreate, it is not my favorite, however, this time I chose it because given the time I have not gone I am not aware of whether some routes are still available or not.
