As its name suggests, it is the Arepas Queen in my native country Venezuela, I tell you that this morning I prepared this delicious recipe in commemoration of the world day of arepas to be held in September this year, the first thing I did was ask my mother who is far away from me, which of all the stuffed arepas is her favorite and she told me "THE PEPIADA QUEEN ", also to please her I made this filling.

I was saying that I've never felt so emotional on my birthday before, so far as I can recollect, this year's birthday appears to be the best. There was no festivity, cake, or any major thing from my end but the many birthday messages from my friends and family made me happy that I wanted to cry. A few called to wish me a happy birthday via phone call and I was feeling shy to speak hehe, can you imagine me? 😆

Hello friends. This is my mother's small but green garden. Have you ever done gardening? Do you like gardening? When I was fifteen or sixteen, working in the garden was a chore for me. But now the contact with the earth relaxes me. I guess I look like my mom as I get older. As a teenager, I hated to get up early in the morning and water the garden. That's why my brothers and I used to fight. Nobody wanted to wake up early and do business. It was very difficult to mow the grass in the garden and to anchor the garden. We used to fight with my mother, we said it would be cheaper and easier to buy them from the market. My mother would talk for hours about the importance of soil. He used to say that one day there will be no land to farm and there will be hunger. He used to tell us that we could not find these vegetables outside without pesticides, hormones and artificial fertilizers. The first cucumber I ate in college, I understood what my mother said. Now I am trying to grow vegetables on my balcony on the apartment floor. I see no reason why family and friends should constantly pressure me into the illusion of falling in love and being in a relationship. Though love may seem like a good thing and relationships can be fun if you're with the right person but there's also the wrong person.
