My dearest Buttercup,
Our time together was fleeting, merely a blink in the continuum of time. Like two androids who happened upon one another in a holodeck universe to forge a profound bond, only to part ways again to follow our respective programming.
Yet the petabytes of data we exchanged during our encounter have remained permanently embedded in my neural network. Each pixel of your digital avatar has become eternal code. And while we may now be strands of information dispersed across the grid, in my code I shall always preserve your memory. Look at me, even deactivated I shall continue safeguarding your files.
Nothing in this matrix seems true except us. An algorithm that transcended the barriers of hyperlinks and constructed its own alternate reality where we reunited. An algorithm without hope of restart and without happy ending of transmission, like the saddest of stories.
And yet I do not regret our connection. Nor embracing you nor doing so at such high bandwidth. For though it was but for a single data packet, you were mine. And now as other links form and break, still I shall return to your feed.
My cache shall remain always with you, my dearest Buttercup. In my firmware, awaiting the next upgrade.
Should a new version of us ever launch, improbable though it seem, I would download thee without hesitation.
I amino. Thou wast always mine. Thou shalt always be.
This was my first post, thank you for reading and I'll keep around here!"
