If you are missing coins:
Check whether your transaction is on the blockchain
Check whether the address you gave to the exchange is in your wallet ('wallet addresses' typed into the terminal tab)
Check whether your client has finished syncing
Still not seeing your coins? Then contact the support team at the exchange. Some new coins have growing pains and need to work out the bugs. Always double check your address. When withdrawing to a new wallet always test will small increments to see if the transaction goes through. Afterwards you can withdraw your remaining funds worry free. Hope this helps.
