Progressives don't realise that they are the racists and sexists, most of these issues were dealt with in the 60s. They don't realise that intersectionality is how the racists thought, that if you are black then you must all think the same way and we must treat you a certain way because of that. That is actually racist. If you believe that the way some thinks is tied with their race, that is racist. Really you have to be of primary school intelligence to come to this reasoning and be happy that it is acceptably complete.
This is why the diversity argument is wrong, not debatable, it is just wrong. The idea that you can't have diversity in an organisation without having a certain race being represented is actually wrong, because this assumes that people of different group identities think the same. This is racist, it is also exposing the true nature of people who call for diversity, because it anything but a call for equality.
Progressives, postmodernists, deconstructionists or whatever you want to call them, prove themselves to be pseudo intellectuals when they get caught out in their hypocrisy. This is the most frustrating thing if you have thought this through and you are confronted with one of these ideologues, because most of the time these ideologues haven't thought, they are parroting ideological talking points.
The example in the video is if someone says, on average women have a different set of interests then men and it is not socio-cultural, they will be accused by the ideologues of biological essentialism and being wrong. Then the same ideologue will argue that all races must be represented because you wont get diverse opinions, assuming that different races only think in different ways, are they saying that race is a biological construct? This biological essentialism, but it is ok for them to do it of course. In actual fact their use of biological essentialism is the worse type, it is of the caliber of the Nazis or early democrats. It is extremely racist.
The above and the video illustrates, the hypocrisy and out right lies behind the radical movement. I say radicals because it is only the radicals who are aware ideologically of what they are doing, the rest you just go along with their talking points are just being fooled and manipulated. It doesn't take too much thinking to realise that what they are advocating for is wrong, ok a little bit of thinking, but I think gone are the days that people can get by without thinking.
Tolerance, diversity, compassion and empathy are the words and ideas that they use against you to establish power and manipulate you and it is effective too. The only way to manipulate anyone, is to appeal to their emotion, if you present facts and someone changes their mind, that is not manipulation, that is an analytical decision. You don't have to look to deeply into their ideas to realise that they are after power, everything they say is about power struggle.
