• a few cookies
• Soya Yogurth
• Coconut oil
• Vanilla Pudding
• Mango
• some soy cream
• Coconut rasps

Queria tentar criar um bolo de creme a partir dos ingredientes dos meus batidos de pequeno-almoço e funcionou.

• alguns biscoitos
• Iogurte de Soja
• Óleo de coco
• Pudim de Baunilha
• Manga
• um pouco de creme de soja
• Coconut rasps

Ich wollte mal aus den Zutaten meines Frühstücks Smoothies versuchen einen Creme Kuchen zu kreieren und es ist geglückt.

• ein paar Kekse
• Soya Yogurth
• Kokosnuss Öl
• Vanillepudding
• Mango
• etwas Soya Creme
• Kokosnuss Raspeln
