HELLO EVERYONE,
How are you all? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today I am here again with a recipe. Every week we try to share one recipe post with you. Today I am sharing a very tempting recipe with you. Today I am sharing with you the recipe of sweet and sour mango amsattva. Aamsattva was made mostly from ripe mangoes in our house. But this time I told my mother that I will make one with raw mango first and then another with ripe mango. I have never made Amsattva before. This is the first time I made it with my own hands. Really like to eat. Hope you like the recipe.

Necessary Materials
raw mango
dry chili
sugar
Mustard oil
Bit of salt
Step - 1
First I cut the raw mango into thin slices.
Step - 2
Then fry some dry chillies in a pan with a little oil.
Step - 3
Then I took the mangoes cut into thin slices in a bowl. Then I added a little bit of water. Do not use too much water.
Step - 4
Then I added a little bit of salt and sugar. Since the raw mango will be very sour, the amount of sugar should be more.
Step - 5
Sliced mangoes should be cooked on low heat till they melt. After it melts, take it off the stove and let it cool for a while.
Step - 6
Then I separated the pulp from the cooked mangoes in a steel grater. Amsatwa will not taste good if the mango fibers remain.
Step - 7
Then I took a steel dish. And put a very small amount of mustard oil there so that it does not stick to the bottom. Spread mustard oil all over the dish.
Step - 8
Then I poured the drained mangoes into the dish.
Step - 9
After that I broke the dry chilies ie chili flakes and put them on the amsattva.
Step - 10
After that, I dried the amsattva in the sun for about two to three days.
Step - 11
If dried in the sun, amsattva is very good throughout the year and the color changes a lot.
In this way we made amsattva and finally cut it and served it.
This was my recipe for today. Hope you like my recipe today. Be sure to comment how you feel. Everyone will be fine and healthy.
