SPSFlow’s loyalty tiers lower your service fee as you keep routing rewards over multiple seasons. The updated account page makes it easier to see your current fee, loyalty tier, and the seasons that count toward your progress.
Here’s how the standard tiers work:
- Standard: 3%
- Regular: 2.75% with at least 3 active seasons in the last 4 completed seasons
- Core: 2.5% with at least 6 active seasons in the last 8 completed seasons
A season counts as active when you’ve routed at least 25 SPS through SPSFlow during that season. The current, unfinished season doesn’t count yet. Tier changes take effect at season boundaries.
For example, on 1,000 SPS routed, the fee is 30 SPS at Standard, 27.5 SPS at Regular, or 25 SPS at Core.
A referral welcome rate lasts one calendar month and preserves any lower loyalty fee. Locked partner rates stay in place.
A note for existing users: a problem in the loyalty system prevented some qualifying tier changes from being applied. This release restores those updates for future payouts.
