You read about a new altcoin which ticks all the boxes and you decide to invest. You check CoinMarketCap and you see that it's traded on Cryptopia. Alright, you create an account on Cryptopia. Or maybe the price of a decent altcoin just dropped significantly. Now you just need to transfer some BTC to the exchange and you can buy your precious altcoin.
