Hello Splinterlands community! Welcome to my Splinterlands card giveaway.
Today marks the start of a new season. Also, the new reward system is introduced wherein we will no longer be earning SPS from chests. Starting this season, we will be earning a new soulbound currency, Glint. We can use Glint to purchase from the rewards shop.
When I first heard of the change, I thought we can buy our choice of cards from the shop which was great since I can level up the cards that I wanted. Apparently we will be buying card draws with different chances of getting legendaries. The higher the chance, the more glint token it requires. We can also buy merits, energy, potions and titles. At least we will not be getting any more potions from chests 😀
It's still the early in the season so I'm not yet convinced if I like the reward change.
