Routine to get pine 🔥😌🔥.

Greetings to the great #hive community and to every person who fights every day for their goals; today I come to you with something that I have been asked a lot in my training camp and it is something that I really see as necessary for progress in calisthenics; how to get a handstand; here I will leave you a routine that worked too much for me; so without further ado, let's go with it.

Well, guys, first of all, it is best to try to do a handstand with your legs open for a while (if you are already doing it) in order to warm up your joints and generate an optimal stimulus for the training itself. The first exercise I recommend is to hold the handstand on the wall; this is to get used to the initial push you have to make; to know what posture you should do; what muscles to use and to understand the movement; I highly recommend doing this exercise in 4 sets of 5 to 15 seconds; trying to do it with the best posture possible for better understanding.

After the wall holds, I recommend doing pike push-ups to simulate the movement of a handstand push-up. You might say, how will they help me? Simple and easy, they help you gain strength and understand which muscles the handstand involves in an easier way. I recommend doing 4 sets of 5 to 10 repetitions; and finish with parallel dips to develop strength; since in addition to balance, the handstand involves strength. I recommend doing 8 to 15 repetitions for 4 sets. In addition to this, I emphasize that this training helps, but you should also practice throwing it either on a wall or free daily, in order to gradually gain that memory, both muscular and connective. Without further ado, colleagues, see you in the next post.
