If you scale things down a bit and reduce the number of people you need to feed, it is actually possible to install such an oven at home. Honestly, I dream of authentic woodfired pizza oven, because a wood-fired oven gives pizza that special taste, aroma, and crispy crust. For me this would be quite a big investment if I ever decide to go for it, so I want to think first whether I will actually use it more than a few times per season. But the fact that you can bring something like that into your own home really excites me.
