I perfectly remember that the first social network I used was called metroflow. On this page, users had the opportunity to create our profile and share, we could publish a daily photograph, in which we could receive comments from our friends or anyone who visited our profile, in this way we could interact with other people.
Then came Facebook, who revolutionized the world, since it gave us more freedom to publish albums with our photographs without any limits, as well as videos, or create pages in which we could share our tastes for a singer, movie or activity in special, among other things.

Definitely the arrival of social networks changed the way in which people relate to each other, they did not allow us to shorten the distances with our loved ones and to be able to communicate in a broader way, although I must confess that I have never been one to use them excessively, always I have liked privacy and I have not been interested in sharing with so many people, so I have always used them in a very limited way, that is, I only share certain things when they really provoke me.
I may seem a bit drastic, but I believe that the appropriate age should be 18 years and older, since I believe that on social networks people are exposed to a lot of danger and a large volume of information, which is why preferably users should have the ability to understand perfectly when presented with a situation of manipulation, abuse. Social networks are open to all kinds of people and this gives the freedom for many people with bad intentions to undertake the task of capturing children and adolescents who use social networks without the supervision of their parents to take advantage of their innocence. or ignorance and gain some benefit of their own.
This is my opinion, but I am aware that we are living in a totally different time, since from a very young age children have access to the Internet and social networks and they are increasingly interacting with them at an early age, for which I feel it is It is the task of adults to be able to restrict and supervise the use they give to their social networks and the people with whom they communicate, since this is a silent enemy in our homes.
I feel that there is no formula to correctly manage an account on social networks, however, the main thing for me is that they be constant, that is, that they maintain a regular sharing of content.
Secondly, that they promote positive things, since by being publicly exposed, many people can take your content as a model to follow, so it is good that they use their influence to motivate their followers and promote positive things to those who have the opportunity. to visit your account.
Third, show yourself in the most real way possible, since nobody's life is perfect and many times the content we see is very superficial or empty.
And finally, I feel that if they fulfill the purpose of having a large number of followers, it is good that they manage to maintain some type of interaction with those people who remain faithful by supporting your content and all the activities you do.
Social networks are gaining more and more strength, they have become one of the main ways of relating to each other and reality is often losing importance because everything is focused on social networks.
It is normal to see that at a dinner, family reunion, event or any other activity people miss out on enjoying many moments since they are focused on recording with their cell phones, that is precisely one of the things that I do not like about social networks and it's that many moments are wasted in real life due to the emphasis placed on posting content for other people to approve, so that's when I say that the naturalness is lost.
I feel that as time goes by, social networks are going to become more relevant than they are today, since more and more investments are made to strengthen them and provide new ways of interacting with people, in fact One of the most popular jobs and that currently has the greatest projection is the creation of content for different platforms and social networks.
