I love lemon. I have friends who come to eat tonight so I have prepared a delicious lemon cake 🤗

Ingredients

• 125 g of butter
• 125 g of sugar
• 125 g of flour2 eggs
• 2 untreated lemons
• 1 bag of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt

Recipe

In a salad bowl, whisk the soft butter with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture, add the eggs one by one and mix together.

Grind the peel and remove the juice from the two lemons, add to the mixture.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt and add the whole to the preparation by mixing lightly.

Heat and sweeten a cake mold.

Bake at 180 ° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Let cool 10 minutes before removing from the mold.
