I just finished a 10.433km running that lasted about 1hh:13mm:42ss !
I needed a long slog to shake out all the rubbish in my head about politics and such. Feels really good to just keep going. I think that's the furthest I've ever gone (by about 200m).
In other news, I think I've hit the limit of my comfort with my beard growth, it's getting too hot to be so hairy.
