This morning it is pelting down with more rain and so I have decided to spend most of this day inside and todo some painting.
Luckily, I went out earlier to do my shopping etc., and made it back before the heavens opened!
Normally on a wednesday, I hold an evening art class, but this week it has been cancelled and so I can have the entire day to work on my own art.
I am painting some lavender - which I love as a plant, - and despite the awful weather today, I can lose myself in the lavender - thinking of the summer days when the scent of this beautiful plant permeates the garden - and who knows, maybe spring will hurry up and arrive - they say "thoughts become things" - so fingers crossed that the universe is listening.
