Hola querida comunidad un saludo cordial para todos espero se encuentren muy bien el d铆a de hoy. A veces no les pasa que est谩n en casa y se les antoja merendar alg煤n dulce? Bueno eso mismo me paso el d铆a de hoy.

Estaba ya preparando todo para empezar a hacer la torta y resulta que cuando ya hab铆a mezclado la mayor铆a de los ingredientes me doy cuenta que solo ten铆a 200 gramos de harina 馃く馃く馃く.
As铆 que no me quedo m谩s remedio que improvisar y tuve que terminar haciendo un brownie de de chocolate. Lo 煤nico es que el brownie siempre lo he hecho con margarina y yo ya a esta mezcla le hab铆a puesto aceite. Pero igual me quedo muy sabroso y ol铆a espectacular.
I was already preparing everything to start making the cake and it turns out that when I had mixed most of the ingredients I realized that I only had 200 grams of flour 馃く馃く馃く.
So I had no choice but to improvise and had to finish making a chocolate brownie. The only thing is that I have always made the brownie with margarine and I had already put oil in this mixture. But I was still very tasty and it smelled spectacular.
Utilce
- 400 gramos de azucar
- 200 gramos de harina de trigo
- 2 Huevos
- 60ml de aceite
- 70 gramos de chocolate
- 2 cucharadas de vainilla
Use
- 400 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 2 Eggs
- 60ml of oil
- 70 grams of chocolate
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- Empec茅 mezclando el az煤car con los huevos y el aceite.
- I started by mixing the sugar with the eggs and the oil.
- Luego cerni la harina y el cacao.
- Then sift the flour and cocoa.
- A帽adimos los ingredientes secos poco a poco.
- We add the dry ingredients little by little.
- Para finalizar le agregue 1/2 taza de agua caliente y la vainilla.
- To finish add 1/2 cup of hot water and vanilla.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180掳c y horneamos de 25 a 30 minutos aproximadamente.
- Preheat the oven to 180 掳 c and bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
