However, of late they offered the live concert making it a more animated environment for all who attend at that premises. Within all the grandeur, guests feasted on an amazing spread of signatures including The Beef Rezala and Unlimited Mutton Kacchi that would surely be remembered by each one.
The Butter Chicken and Beef Chui were some of the best clockworks among other highlights in the buffet; they left an imprint on guests for their unique flavors as well, tender yet crunchy textures. Equally interesting was the soup selection, with three types available to tantalise one’s taste bud. Moreover, items such as Spring Rolls were garnished with Fried Chicken and Fish BBQ serving various tastes thus satisfying even those that would have liked the normal one.
Without a doubt, no trip through Ambrosia Infinity Lounge is complete without paying homage to their dessert kingdom. There was a rich bounty of sweets on offer for the guests, with colossal cakes that dominated the whole dessert part. The dessert bar featured at least 10-15 sweet items, ranging from cake to pastry; the sight of such a spread was more than inviting and guests sunk into all things sugary.
In addition to the excellent food menu, Ambrosia Infinity Lounge also won applauses for being hospitable; with live dosa stations and a fish BBQ counter. Though, these items were not sampled on an individual level they contributed to the aura felt during dinner. On top of that, the unlimited ice cream served separately on request was an additional ingredient in sweetening this feast.
