I hope you are all well. I'm a little lost here because my phone is having some serious failures, but I'm sharing with you again a new tutorial. This time I share with you a cute teddy bear made with scraps of felt. I have wanted to make these teddy bears for a long time, I think since I had my first daughter, 23 years ago, and it is precisely for her this nice gift for her birthday. She loves stuffed animals and although I feel a little insecure because I don't know if she will like it, I will give it to her anyway hehehehehehehehe.

!Holaaaaaa, holaaaaaa!Espero se encuentre todos bien. Yo por aquí un poco perdida porque mi teléfono esta presentando serias fallas, pero ya nuevamente compartiendo con ustedes un nuevo tutorial. En esta ocasión les comparto un lindo osito de peluche hecho con retazos de fieltro. Desde hace muchísimo tiempo he tenido las ganas de hacer estos ositos, creo que desde que tuve a mi primera hija, hace 23 años y es precisamente para ella este lindo obsequio por su cumpleaños. A ella le encantan los peluches y aunque siento un poco de inseguridad porque no sé si le va a gustar, de igual manera se lo daré jejejejeje.

STEP BY STEP // PASO A PASO
The first thing we will do is to mark the pattern pieces on the felt scraps, selecting the color for each of the pieces. We will use the graphite pencil to facilitate the marking.
Lo primero que haremos será marcar las piezas el patrón en los retazos de fieltro seleccionando el color para cada una de las piezas y realizaremos un par de cada una de las piezas. Utilizaremos el lápiz de grafito para facilitar el marcado.
Once the pieces have been marked and classified by color, we proceed to cut them flush with the tracing, remembering that there are two pieces of each one.
Una vez marcadas y clasificadas las piezas por color procedemos a cortarlas al ras con el trazado, recordando que son dos piezas de cada una.
We take the first piece that we are going to join, but first we will make a similar piece with the wadding to join them with the stuffing.
Tomamos la primera pieza que vamos a unir pero antes realizaremos una igual con la guata para unirlas ya con el relleno.
We take the three pieces, in this case the heart, and begin to join them together using the stitch known as the buttonhole stitch. I love this stitch because it gives a nice finish to the pieces we make.
Tomamos las tres piezas, en este caso el corazón, y comenzamos a unirlas realizando el punto de costura conocido como punto ojal. Este punto me encanta porque le da un bonito acabado a las piezas que hacemos.
When it is time to join the ear and paw pieces, we will first place the patches that go on the back legs, taking one piece from the ear or paw and one from the patch. We make the bastille stitch along the outline of the spot. In the same way we make the other pieces.
Cuando nos toque unir las piezas de las orejas y las patas, primero colocaremos las manchas que van en las patas traseras, tomando una pieza de la oreja o la pata y una de la mancha. Realizamos el punto de bastilla por el contorno de la mancha. De igual forma realizamos las otras piezas.
We make the union, but not before cutting the corresponding piece in the wadding, we sew with the buttonhole stitch.
Realizamos la unión, no sin antes cortar la pieza correspondiente en la guata, cosemos con el punto de ojal.
In the same way we will do with the other pieces, we take a piece, make the stuffing piece and join with the buttonhole stitch. These pieces are the arms, the belly and the body of the bear.
De la misma manera haremos con las demás piezas, tomamos una pieza, hacemos la pieza del relleno y unimos con el punto de ojal. Estas piezas son los brazos, la barriga y el cuerpo del oso.
To make the mouth, we draw on the piece of the snout what will be the mouth of the eye and outline it with black thread, making the backstitch stitch.
Para realizar la boca, dibujamos sobre la pieza del hocico lo que será la boca del ojo y contorneamos con hilo negro, realizando el punto de pespunte.
To make the nose, we cut a triangular piece and a small piece of wadding, stuff and sew. Then we glue it on the piece of the snout, sewing the seam on the back so that it is not noticeable.
Para hacer la nariz, cortamos una pieza triangular y un pequeño trozo de guata, rellenamos y cosemos. Luego lo pegamos en la pieza del hocico haciendo la costura por la parte trasera para que no se note.
To make the eyes, we cut out two circles, take a small piece of wadding, stuff and sew. Then we glue it to one of the face pieces and sew on the back side so that the seam is not visible. We take the other piece and the stuffing and close it with the buttonhole stitch.
Para hacer los ojos, cortamos dos círculos, tomamos un pequeño trozo de guata, rellenamos y cosemos. Luego lo pegamos a una de las piezas de la cara y cosemos por la parte trasera para que no se note la costura. Tomamos la otra pieza y el relleno y cerramos con el punto de ojal.
We begin to join the pieces and finish the details of the face. We place the ears and sew with bastille stitch very small and tight so that they don't come loose.
Glue the eyebrows with a little liquid silicone.
Comenzamos a unir las piezas y a ultimar los detalles de la cara. Colocamos las orejas y cosemos con punto de bastilla bien pequeños y ajustados para que no de suelten.
Pegamos las cejas con un poco de silicón líquido.
With the black thread we make two long bastille stitches on each side of the eyes to simulate eyelashes.
Con el hilo negro realizamos dos puntos de bastillas largos en cada lado de los ojos para simular las pestañas.
With liquid silicone we glue the muzzle to the face, applying a generous amount so that it does not peel off.
Con silicón líquido pegamos el hocico en la cara, aplicando una cantidad generosa para que no se despegue.
We join the pieces of the bear's body and we finish joining all the pieces of the bear, we sew the head to the body and the little arms. Then we glue the rest with liquid silicone.
Unimos las piezas del cuerpo del osito y terminamos de unir todas el osito, cosemos la cabeza al cuerpo y los bracitos. Luego con silicón liquido pegamos el resto.
PROJECT COMPLETED
A teddy bear made with lots of love for my daughter, it arrives a little late but I hope she enjoys it as if she was 5 years old. When we want to, we can.
