Life's busy...I know, I kinda broke what I have said in some previous post that I might be a little more active around, but I just didn't manage to actually squeeze time out for blog posts that might be interesting. Yes, interesting things have been happening and I do want to write about them...let's see if I actually have the chance then.
Anyways, being too busy is partially why this post happened. What can go wrong rushing lab reports in the library for 5 hours straight?
Of course, you forgot that the canteen only operates till some certain hour on the clock and when you decided to grab yourself a proper meal, all the cooks are gone and you are there asking yourself what else you can eat for dinner.
For me, the solutions are pretty diverse - I can walk out to the restaurants (mamak stalls, they are always up all night), eat biscuits in my room, have a lot of instant oatmeal, or finishing up the last pack of instant noodles in my room. From the photo above I guess it's already obvious enough that I opted for the last option :P
Sincerely speaking, I don't like instant noodles. Their taste are almost never right for me, and they don't even come with veggies or meat (well sure, they are cheap after all). It's like noodles, with some not-so-correctly prepared soup, and that's it. But when you really need something to eat, they do come in handy...at the cost of leaving burps that doesn't smell too pleasant even to yourself.
And yes, they don't look that good too. I clearly underestimated the "Good food" filter on my phone's camera, apparently AI is indeed decent at making food look more delicious than they are.
To make this huge pack of instant noodles slightly more edible, I added an egg as you can see in there. Eggs are wonderful stuff, you can toss them in literally any food and it will still work, toss it on someone's face and it will be a decent weapon (somehow), or you can even eat it on its own and it still tastes decent. How can I miss them out for this then?

Although I did mess up a little (miscalculated the time required for them to be in the microwave) and turned them into half boiled eggs instead. It does feel extremely strange to eat half-boiled eggs in salty soup like this, but it still works...somehow. Wonderful food indeed.
Still, it must be one of the most unhealthy dinner I had taken for months. What else can I say? Probably have to make sure to pull myself away from the computer when it's time...if this happens for the second time I'll have to eat a lot of instant oatmeal as substitute instead. Probably they'll taste better, I'm not sure, lol.
Sure it's not too easy to do everything while keeping everything in order...
Well, see you next time then. Won't be long, (hopefully!).
