My Application to Join The Alliance !

I joined Steemit more than 100 days back, it has been a great journey so far. Recently I wrote a post about my 100 days milestone experience. Off late I have been discovering communities in Steemit and also getting involved in them. I'm actively involved in @indiaunited community (Discord). In the due course, I started looking out for communites which help each other and then I discovered #thealliance.

I have recently joined #thealliance 'Alpha Syndicate' discord server which is run by @topkpop and @saffisara. This is my application post!

Question 1: How did I find #thealliance?

I got to know about #thealliance from @jatinhota, through one of his Steemit post where he had shared about the communities he is involved. He is also an active member of @indiaunited, connected with him through discord and got to know more about #thealliance.

Question 2: Why do I want to be part of this group?

First, I believe that we can achieve greated success by helping each other as a community than being an individual. At times, we give up doing something when we do it alone but not when it is being done as a team. It is great to discover people, knowing about them and their experience. We get a sense of belonging when we are in a family.

I would like to help people who are new and people whose posts are undervalued. Help them by providing ways to improve their writing skills and encourage them through valuable comments and upvotes. I'm also open for feedback, suggestions to improve my posts.

I myself being a minnow with less than 200SP(goal of 2k SP by end of 2018), would like to grow along with Steemit and be a part of various communities in Steemit(I would call them extended family & friends).

Question 3: What do I have to contribute?

I'm already contributing to @indiaunited and interacting with people, helping them on Steemit and other Steem based platforms. I'm passinate about coding(developer by profession), I like to share my technical knowledge with others, indeed people can approach me for any queries on web development.

I spend most of my time on curation than authoring a post. In the past I'm also involved with @steemcleaners to make Steemit free from spams and plagiarism. I've also participated in other offline events/meetups to create awareness about Steemit and onboarding people to Steemit.

I believe #thealliance is a great community on Steemit, this is just a beginning I still got to explore more.
