BRIDGES
There are 960 bridges in Berlin, maybe more. The data on this are not clear. Today I want to show you two of them, both in Berlin's government district. Together with

In the picture you can see the Kronprinzenbr眉cke across the Spree. The side lighting makes this bridge the ideal subject for camera rotation photography. Here I rotated the camera in 30掳 steps around the optical axis. During the movement, I covered the subject with a black cap. The picture was taken in a single exposure and not processed on the computer.
Im Bild seht ihr die Kronprinzenbr眉cke 眉ber die Spree. Durch die seitliche Beleuchtung ist diese Br眉cke das ideale Motiv f眉r die Camera Rotation Fotografie. Hier habe ich die Kamera in 30掳 Schritten um die optische Achse gedreht. W盲hrend der Bewegung habe ich jeweils das Objektv mit einer schwarzen M眉tze abgedeckt. Das Bild wurde in einer einzelnen Belichtung aufgenommen und nicht am Computer bearbeitet.
This is what the nightly illuminated bridge looks like without camera rotation. The Paul L枚be House can be seen in the background. The building somehow belongs to the Bundestag. If I'm not mistaken, it houses the offices of the members of parliament.
So sieht die n盲chtlich beleuchtete Br眉cke ohne Camera Rotation aus. Im Hintergrund ist das Paul-L枚be-Haus zu sehen. Das Geb盲ude geh枚rt irgendwie zum Bundestag. Wenn ich mich nicht irre, sind dort B眉ros der Abgeordneten untergebracht.
Afterwards, I turned the camera slightly to the left in the direction of the Reichstag. The two bridges, one above the other, connect the Paul L枚be House on the western bank of the Spree with the Marie Elisabeth L眉ders House on the eastern side of the Spree. Until 1989, the city was divided by the Spree at this point.
Im Anschluss drehte ich die Kamera etwas nach links in Richtung Reichstag. Die beiden 眉bereinander liegenden Br眉cken verbinden das Paul-L枚be-Haus am westlichen Spreeufer mit dem Marie-Elisabeth-L眉ders-Haus auf der Ostseite der Spree. Bis 1989 war die Stadt an dieser Stelle durch die Spree geteilt.

First I did two different 180掳 rotations. I would have liked to show the "wave" created by the rotation a little more clearly. But since there is a lot of light all around due to the street lighting, this is a bit difficult. The next time there's a power cut, I'll go there again with the torch. 馃槒
Zuerst habe ich zwei verschiedene 180掳 Rotationen gemacht. Ich h盲tte gerne die, durch die Rotation entstehende, "Welle" etwas deutlicher dargestellt. Wiel es aber rundherum sehr viel Licht durch die Stra脽enbeleuchtung gibt ist das etwas schwierig. Beim n盲chsten Stromausfall fahre ich nochmal mit der Taschenlampe dorthin. 馃槒

Finally, I did some rotations with additional movement of the zoom ring. It may be Easter, but you can never think of Christmas soon enough and paint some Christmas stars. 馃槀
Zum Schluss habe ich noch einige Rotationen mit zus盲tzlicher Bewegung des Zoom-Ringes gemacht. Es ist zwar Ostern, aber man kann nie fr眉h genug an Weihnachten denken und ein paar Weihnachtssterne malen. 馃槀
