After 27 hours we finally got to the amazing city-oasis of Leh. Why oasis- look at the photos below. It is a green piece of land among the stone blocks.
A few facts about this city:
Leh is in the Indian state of Kashmir.
Leh is the capital of the Himalayan principality Ladakh.
Leh is located at an altitude of 3,5 thousand meters.
Leh throughout its history was an important point on the caravan route between Tibet , Kashmir and China.
