This is my weekly milage update #76 in the #cycling community.
This is my end of the year post and how 2025 went, and it was interesting in that I got a "new" bike! A first in a few years - I bought the Green bike in '07 and the (old) Black one in '10. I "did" have a Motobecain "Fantom" (awesome bike!) somewheres in-between for a year or so as well.
So first,
Here is the new bike I call "Brutus"
And this month I did manage 83 miles, 133.57 kilometers! And every one a "Joy"!
And now the numbers from the Green and Black bike,
The Black bike year end 2025,
1079.5 miles / 1737.28 kilometers
And,
The Green bike year end 2025,
266.04 miles / 428.14 kilometers
This puts the total for 2025 at,
1345.54 miles / 2165.43 kilometers for this year!
If we add in Brutus for another 83 miles / 133.57 kilometers the numbers look like this:
1428.54 miles / 2299.01 kilometers!
This beats 2024 by a "Bunch"! In 2024 I had,
1164.33 miles / 1873.807 kilometers
So ending the year on a good note!
And gearing up for 2026!
