Hello friends!
Happy #aliveandthriving Thursday evening to you, and thank you for your visit!

So friends, this afternoon I took a short few mile bike ride over to the Park and around the neighborhood. While doing so, I took a few photos I would like to share with you this evening!
And so to get started, while I was riding down the road to the Park I saw this Heron in the stream,
I decided to get closer, and startled it,
Which revealed a second Tri-Colored Heron. After basically hopping up and down it landed again next to the Tri-Colored Heron,
On the other side of the Park I saw a Seagull on a Pole,
And behind it, a look at Pita and Padre Islands and the J.F.K. Causeway across the Channel,
Walking back in the other direction I caught the Fishing Pier with no people!
From there I took a photo of the Shoreline looking South - the tides are up!
Another Heron flew by,
And this is the afternoon Sun over the Breeding Pond,
Well, since I also need to get in the exercise I went riding around the neighborhood. I passed these Sunflowers growing on the side of the road,
I took another photo and noticed something I had never seen before,
On the Sunflower a Crab Spider had attacked a Honey Bee!
This is a enlargement, and sorry it's so fuzzy - but you can see the Spider grabbed the Bee! I had never seen a Spider do that before - and thought they didn't attack Bees - but they do!
And from there I rode about another mile and headed home!
And that was my #aliveandthriving Thursday afternoon bike ride!
I want to thank you again for your visit and I am Wishing you a Very Blessed, Happy, and Safe Friday!
