Food and other grocery items can be sold until 9:15 AM here in Kathmandu. So people have time to go to store to buy any provisions they would need. If they are seen outside after 9:15 AM, then police would make them walk like chicken for some minutes and if people don't do, they will beat with stick. Punishment for not obeying lockdown.
But its hard to get vegetables here in my locality. The price have increased. I went to buy some vegetables from the nearby village.Farmers sell it in the market rate, actually more cheaper than market one. Village had got a unique panorama as in the picture.
