Póker para Verstappen en Imola

Max Verstappen ganó este pasado fin de semana un espectacular Gran Premio de Emilia Romaña, de esta forma logra hacer póker en Imola

La carrera comenzó en circunstancias de lluvia moderada; con el transcurrir de las vueltas las condiciones del asfalto del circuito de Imola fueron mejorando, aunque durante toda la carrera estuvo el riesgo de precipitaciones. Por este motivo todos los monoplazas eligieron iniciar la carrera con el tipo de neumáticos intermedios.

A pesar de las condiciones extremas de la pista los incidentes de carrera fueron pocos. A excepción del toque entre Sainz y Ricciardo en la arrancada, el abandono de Alonso y el infortunado despiste de Leclrec en la vuelta 53 el Grand Prix de Romaña no presentó mayores incidentes de carrera.

Verstappen logra una victoria de forma categórica por 16.5 segundos sobre su compañero de equipo Sergio Pérez (segundo lugar). Debido al error de Leclerc, Max recorta una buena distancia acercándose a la punta del campeonato de pilotos de la formula 1.

Al equipo Red Bull le salió todo bien este fin de semana en Imola, a diferencia de Ferrari quienes pierden la oportunidad del triunfo ante sus “Tifosi” quienes animaron la carrera desde el inicio de la misma a pesar de las condiciones húmedas del clima.

Ya sea con condiciones de pista secas o mojadas el RB 18 Red Bull demostró superioridad y avance en cuanto a velocidad de punta y aerodinámica, al mismo tiempo claramente se puede observar que Max y Checo están jugando en equipo, donde el piloto de Guadalajara asume el rol de escudero del vigente campeón Neerlandés, esto definitivamente será clave para remontar la ventaja de la escudería Ferrari por el campeonato de constructores.

La Conducción del piloto Neerlandés actual campeón de la F1 fue impecable, dominando claramente en todo el fin de semana.

El avance de los Mclaren a lo largo del fin de semana fue evidente, aún falta mucho trabajo por hacer, pero seguramente Zak Brown y sus chicos deben estar muy satisfechos con el desempeño mostrado por el MCL36 este fin de semana.

Definitivamente uno de los aspectos más positivos del Gran Premio de este fin de semana fue la actitud del público Italiano presente en las gradas del circuito Enzo e Dino Ferrari, en todo momento se reflejó muy buena vibra e independientemente del resultado la celebración y acompañamiento por parte de los tifosi fue evidente.

Como dato curioso, los únicos dos pilotos retirados por incidentes de carrera fueron los pilotos ibéricos Fernando Alonso y Carlos Sainz, quienes abandonaron en la sexta y primera vuelta respectivamente.

Resulta aún más curioso el incidente del Alpine conducido por Alonso, luego de un toque aparentemente moderado en la primera curva con el Haas de Mick Schumacher el asturiano ha continuado en pista sin aparentemente un gran daño, pero justo en el momento en el que Lewis Hamilton adelanta a Alonso (vuelta 6), parte del pontón derecho del Alpine se desprende peligrosamente dejando al descubierto la parte lateral y derecha del auto.

Personalmente fue decepcionante poder observar el Red Bull de Max doblando* al siete veces campeón Lewis Hamilton, esperaba para esta carrera las anheladas actualizaciones para el equipo Mercedes las cuales no llegaron, además que la actitud del piloto británico no parece ser la más positiva y competitiva.
