Dreaming... Daydreaming is one of the things that we all do as humans and we cannot escape from them. Our mind takes us on a journey of thoughts that can be unpleasant as well as pleasant; but on this occasion I want to emphasize the latter. These generate a feeling of pleasure, stimulation, levels of good spirits and joy. It is that each one of us has so many desires and wishes, where the fact of daydreaming leads us to awaken many things in us that as the lines of this content run I want to share with you, my dear reader friend.
I want to tell you that I was at a nice activity for women that inspired me to write this content and share it with all of you today. On Sunday afternoon, together with a group of women, we attended a special meeting to be edified and share a great time with each other; it was called "Dream Map."
When we arrived, everything was tenderly and delicately decorated; just like every theme for women, with flowers, lights, cupcakes and fabrics on the floor as a picnic inside the church, in addition to words for each one and the materials to creatively create something that touched our hearts because of how special it was to live the experience.
It was a pleasant afternoon, a special space to be comfortable and even without shoes if we wanted, sitting on the floor, leaving the routine that each one has in their lives and dedicating valuable time to get to know ourselves better, to know our interior, to love ourselves as we are and to remember how valuable each one of us is; also, that despite any circumstances that we may have gone through in life, no matter how hard it may be, it is never too late to dream and act to materialize.
The dream map corresponds to an activity where we can freely express each of those desires, goals and projects in each area of our lives that we want to see tangible in our existence; whether in love, family, financially, professionally and/or academically, among others. It helps us to express those daydreams that fly in our minds and often remain in the air. Being able to design our dream map and place it in a visible place in our home reminds us of the things we must fight for, it revives our faith and encourages us to start building so that they can be materialized.
The pleasant experience left me with a taste like honey, "so to speak", a sweet touch in my life, leading me to delve deeper into myself and focus on shaping what I want and begin the uncertain journey but with determination in the fulfillment of my desires, achieving goals and seeing those dreams that I have as a woman come true. Therefore, today I say to myself and to you, man or woman who reads these lines... Live your dream! Think about it, write or draw (each one expresses it in some way), act, have faith. There is a beautiful word and promise within the Scriptures that says the following:
***
A beautiful word of promise to embrace in our lives and not let go. Because for those who believe without a doubt, everything is possible, even more so when you take action to achieve what you long for. Dedicating time to achieve it brings you closer to your dream; therefore, it is important to take the vision of your dream to another level. Let us dream with determination, with hard passion and drive, with work, dedication, commitment and planning, as well as the maturity to be able to achieve it.
No te limites por factores como la edad, pensamientos negativos como no lo lograré, no puedo hacerlo, no soy apto/a o calificado/a, no permitas que tu misma mente que te lleva a soñar, luego todos esos sueños venga a derribar. Conquista tus temores, vence tus dudas, no sigas encadenado a errores y fracasos pasados; yo te digo; ¡Avanza!
Don't limit yourself by factors such as age, negative thoughts like I won't make it, I can't do it, I'm not fit or qualified, don't allow your same mind that leads you to dream, then all those dreams come to tear you down. Conquer your fears, overcome your doubts, don't remain chained to past mistakes and failures; I tell you; ¡Move forward!
