Hello Steemit Friends,

This is a Philippines famous street food called BOPIS. These are basically lungs of a female 18-year old cow. Yes I know, sounds weird but I should be an 18-year old female cow so lungs would be fresh. Before it will be deeply fried, they should be marinated to add a mouth-watering taste.
