Hi everyone!!! How are you doing, I'm doing pretty good here hope you are doing great too.Today I want to share with you the cookies I baked without an oven.
Actually this is my first time of making attempt on baking something because I don't have baking equipment, it been a while that I have been seeing videos and manual of baking without an oven and I actually think it is something that it is easy, so I decided to try it out today when I saw how to bake cookies on your own without an oven on one of the group I joined. I follow the procedure and this is how it goes.
The ingredients used are;
Four cups of flour
500g of butter
500g of icing sugar
The procedure are as follows
I first put my butter in a bowl and turn it till it light in texture, when I make sure that it is light enough, I pour the icing in a shiver and shive the icing sugar into the butter. After shiving the icing sugar into the butter I mixed them together. After that I seive the flour inside the already mixed icing sugar and the butter and mixed them all together. Instead of using mixer I used teaspoon because I don't have a mixer.
After mixing, it form a dough, I wrap it inside a water proof nylon and put it inside the fridge for 15 minutes. While waiting for the dough to be ready, I prepared my charcoal, put the sand inside the pot and put the pot on fire.
I get a table and sprinkle the flour on it. When the dough is ready, I put it on the table I sprinkle the flour on and put white water proof nylon on it so
That it will enable it to roll well, I used bottle to roll it instead of a rolling pin and use knife to cut it into pieces.
I grease the pan with butter and sprinkle some flour in it and transfer the already cutting dough into it. I place a stand in the pot to prevent it from burning and place the pan on it. I covered it and allow it to stay for 45 minutes under medium heat. And after 45 minutes it is done. After finishing it , I know it is not really easy to bake without an oven.
