Pain is not a friend to the body and I know everybody hate pain. Thirty minutes of pain can make you forget thirty years of enjoyment and that is why they said nothing can beat good health. Money will be useless if there is no good health. If you are in pain, you will know it takes eternity for the day to break but when you are in good health you will be complaining that the day break too soon.
I thank God for the good health, I can't go a day without thanking God for this great favour, I can go wherever I want because I'm fit and that is the power of his Mercy. I'm very grateful for the free gift of life and I will forever be grateful.
