A feeling that I'm sure many of us have experienced at one time or another. Un sentimiento que seguro que muchos de nosotros hemos experimentado alguna vez. Es esa abrumadora sensaci贸n de tristeza que parece consumir cada cent铆metro de tu ser, dej谩ndote impotente y solo. Las l谩grimas parecen fluir sin cesar, como un r铆o que no se puede contener, y no importa cu谩nto lo intentes, parece que no puedes deshacerte de ese sentimiento. Es un lugar dif铆cil del que puede ser dif铆cil escapar. Pero es importante recordar que no est谩s solo. Hay gente que se preocupa por ti y que est谩 dispuesta a echarte una mano. Puede que no sea f谩cil, pero es posible superar el dolor y encontrar el camino de vuelta a la felicidad.
