Hola mis amores, feliz tarde de este lindo día miércoles, espero que todos se encuentren maravillosamente bien.
El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una meta que tenía desde hace unos meses y es que ha sido uno de los proyectos donde mayor énfasis he puesto, después de varios días, incluso meses, me he dedicado a practicar el arte del tejido, específicamente me hice la meta de lograr hacer un amigurumi.
Siempre he admirado esa habilidad de mis amigas tejedoras que logran crear estas bellas artes manuales con hilos y agujas, he practicado haciendo y desasiendo hasta que por fin se me dio, hoy logre culminar una hermosa cerdita tejida, después de varios días tejiendo.
Realmente ha sido todo un éxito para mí, y me siento tan complacida porque sé que puedo hacer lo que me propongo, tal vez no sea el más perfecto, pero sé que con la práctica se logran mejorar los detalles, así que no me aguante más para compartir con ustedes.

Today I want to share with you a goal that I had for a few months and it has been one of the projects where I have put more emphasis, after several days, even months, I have dedicated myself to practice the art of knitting, specifically I made the goal of making an amigurumi.
I have always admired the ability of my knitting friends who manage to create these beautiful manual arts with threads and needles, I have practiced doing and undoing until I finally got it, today I managed to finish a beautiful knitted piggy, after several days knitting.
It has really been a success for me, and I feel so pleased because I know I can do what I propose, maybe it is not the most perfect, but I know that with practice you can improve the details, so I can't wait any longer to share with you.

Comencé haciendo un anillo deslizado, cuyo nombre conseguí averiguando por Google y viendo videos donde se puede aprender mucho.
Antes de darles más detalles del paso a paso quiero comentarles que hice este tejido sin contar los puntos debido a que cada vez que intentaba contarlos me equivocaba y me salía mal el tejido, porque me confundía, así que decidí hacerlos solo llevándolos al tamaño que necesitaba sin contar los puntos ni las vueltas.
Esto ha sido mi mayor reto para lograr que las formas sean más detalladas, creo que por mi falta de experiencia, y la emoción por ver los resultados.
Solo me dejé llevar por la sensación de que wow, ya sé dominar los puntos, ya me siento confiada y voy a hacer una forma, es algo así, no sé si les habrá pasado, o si les paso en algún momento cuando estaban empezando hacer algo, pero aquí les comparto mi experiencia.
Todo tiene un punto de partida y hoy mi punto de partida fue sin reglas básicas, solo me propuse hacer una forma la cual pude lograr.
Para continuar con mi estructura de la primera forma realicé unos puntos bajos, los mismos lleva al tamaño que necesitaba en mi exploración de lograr mi objetivo.
Ajuste el anillo hasta cerrarlo completamente y comencé a tejer cada vuelta y cada punto bajo para llevarlos a un tamaño, en este proceso fui sumando y restando los puntos para darles sentido a la forma que necesitaba.
Culminando la primera pieza que será la parte del cuerpo de la cerda, comencé a tejer desde la misma pieza, aquí no separe una pieza de otra para hacer la cabeza, solo continúe tejiendo aumentando los puntos por cada vuelta, como haciendo una forma de campana, luego fui reduciendo los puntos bajos por cada vuelta según mi observación, hasta lograr reducir y dejar un orificio para colocar el relleno a esta primera forma.

Before giving you more details of the step by step I want to tell you that I made this knitting without counting the stitches because every time I tried to count them I made a mistake and the knitting came out wrong, because I got confused, so I decided to make them just taking them to the size I needed without counting the stitches or the laps.
This has been my biggest challenge to make the shapes more detailed, I think because of my lack of experience, and the excitement to see the results.
I just let myself be carried away by the feeling that wow, I already know how to master the stitches, I feel confident and I'm going to make a shape, it's something like that, I don't know if it has happened to you, or if it happened to you at some point when you were starting to make something, but here I share my experience with you.
Everything has a starting point and today my starting point was without basic rules, I just set out to make a shape which I was able to achieve.
To continue with my structure of the first shape I knitted a few low stitches, the same stitches lead to the size I needed in my exploration of achieving my goal.
I adjusted the ring until it was completely closed and began to knit each round and each low stitch to bring them to a size, in this process I was adding and subtracting stitches to make sense of the shape I needed.
Finishing the first piece that will be the body part of the sow, I started knitting from the same piece, here I did not separate one piece from another to make the head, I just continued knitting increasing the stitches for each round, like making a bell shape, then I was reducing the low stitches for each round according to my observation, until I reduced and left a hole to place the stuffing to this first shape.
Culminando la primera pieza, rellene con algodón y con la ayuda del palo de madera fui moldeando y ajustando todo el relleno para que quedase firme.
Después de tener la pieza totalmente firme con el relleno, la cerré con los puntos bajos pero en disminución hasta completar cerrar en su totalidad.
Enseguida me dispuse a realizar las piezas más pequeñas como las patas, orejas, y trompa de la cerdita.
Para ello utilicé una pequeña cantidad de hilo de lana color rosa pálido, para las patas, trompa y orejas, comenzando con el anillo deslizable como en la pieza anterior del cuerpo, hice cada una de las patas calculando el tamaño.
Sin embargo, me quedo unas patas un poco más grandes que otras, las mismas al momento de cocer a la pieza, corregí, en el caso de las orejas, si fue más notorio, y es lo importante darse cuenta de las fallas para ir corrigiendo en los próximos proyectos.
Para las orejas utilicé otro método, buscando un resultado diferente, y es que tejí en sentido recto haciendo una cadena, luego puntos bajos, aumentando en un punto de diferencia cuando iba a realizar la próxima línea, ya que aquí no realice aro deslizable, aquí utilice líneas de cadena con puntos bajos en repetición.
Para la trompa repetí el proceso del anillo deslizable y en aumento de puntos bajos por cada vuelta.
Lo importante es amar lo que se hace, he de ir más allá de ver el resultado de la forma, mejorando los detalles que son los que marcan la diferencia.
Finishing the first piece, I stuffed it with cotton and with the help of the wooden stick I was molding and adjusting all the stuffing to make it firm.
After having the piece completely firm with the stuffing, I closed it with the low stitches but decreasing until it was completely closed.
Then I started to make the smaller pieces such as the legs, ears, and trunk of the piggy.
For this I used a small amount of pale pink yarn for the legs, trunk and ears, starting with the slip ring as in the previous piece of the body, I made each of the legs calculating the size.
However, some of the legs were a little bigger than others, and I corrected them when I baked the piece. In the case of the ears, it was more noticeable, and it is important to realize the faults to correct them in the next projects.
For the ears I used another method, looking for a different result, and that is that I knitted in a straight direction making a chain, then low stitches, increasing in a difference stitch when I was going to make the next line, since here I did not make a slip ring, here I used chain lines with low stitches in repetition.
For the trunk I repeated the process of the slip ring and in increasing low stitches for each round.
The important thing is to love what you do, I have to go beyond seeing the result of the form, improving the details that make the difference.
En este punto ya solo resta colocar las partes del cuerpo para ver la diferencia de todo el proceso.
Al círculo que tejí para colocarlo como la trompa le cocí un botón para darle más detalle a la cara, después lo cocí en la cara de la cerda con puntos simples, pero en forma ajustada haciendo que tomase forma sobresaliente para que se viera mejor.
Después le cocí las patas y las orejas, a las orejas antes de pegarlas en la cabeza les di forma con unos puntos de costura para mejorar el aspecto.

To the circle that I knitted to place it as the trunk I knitted a button to give more detail to the face, then I knitted it on the face of the sow with simple stitches, but in a tight way making it take a protruding shape to make it look better.
Then I baked the legs and ears, before gluing them to the head I shaped the ears with a few stitches to improve the look.
Para hacer los ojos, tome un lápiz grafito para marcar la posición de los mismos, después con la aguja y un poco de hilo cocí cada una de las mostacillas en cada uno de los puntos que marque, también con un poco de hilo marrón le borde unas cejas
Y por último para darle un toque de coquetería le hice un lazo para adornar la cabeza, ya con mi amigurumi listo lo puedo utilizar como llavero.
Con estos últimos detalles he concluido mi publicación del día de hoy, espero que les guste, que les parezca simpática mi llavero de cerdita en amigurumi, y que así como yo logre mi amigurumi los que aún no lo han logrado se pongan la meta, de seguro con un poco de práctica tendrán los más lindos resultados en todo lo que se propongan hacer.

To make the eyes, I took a graphite pencil to mark the position of the eyes, then with the needle and a little thread I sewed each of the beads in each of the points that I marked, also with a little brown thread I made some eyebrows.
And finally to give it a touch of coquetry I made a bow to decorate the head, and with my amigurumi ready I can use it as a keychain.
